Beside a luxury vacation, I think I will get some beautiful and nice reeds jewelers after completed the audit report. I need to pamper myself after hard work. Else, I will feel work for nothing; I am the type of person need to have compensated. Ha-ha…The gift is not send by others person but from my hubby. Sound silly, but I think I worth to receive it, I am still a very good wife that care about family after working hours.

The processing of audit report is making me sick now. I felt that I need a portable oxygen concentrator to help me breath! Just kidding, not until that kind of situation yet. However, I still have few more report to rush. All must be complete before this month end. Therefore, you see how hurry I am. If I can’t make it complete within this month end, then we are not manage to send the document for audit and the financial is going to due on end of August, which mean that the auditor only have another 1 month to check thru the entire account.

When I’m step into my office, I usually will change my working shoes immediately. Don’t you think that wearing sandal is much more comfortable then wearing working shoes? Lucky my boss have no complaint about this, she let us work under the most comfortable environment.

I just come back from a reef sandals online store. Those sandals look very comfortable and very nice too. I think should be looking good when wearing it. Hmm…Should I request boss to suppose us each staff a pair of authentic reef sandals? Perhaps reef sandals will become our company trademark in the future.

Just confirm with boss, she going to suppose my Season Parking Fees monthly! Horray!! I only have to paid for the deposit and administration fees. wow wow..that is a great deal!

I always appreciated what my boss done to me. And I believe if you know what kind of ‘treasure’ or how ‘useful’ you are mean to a company, you are qualify to request something to rewards yourself..:p

Of cause I will consider carefully before request something from my boss..Like, I didn’t request for increasement of salarieslast 2 years, because I know my company are not making big profit. I willing to spend my time on waiting the company grows. And rewards the employee when it getting profit. The most important just is I’m happy to work in this kind of environment.

I just applied a parking season card for my car. The office block that I’m working on have no longer issue parking voucher which is much more cheaper then Season Parking fees.

Total amoutn $181.90 including 1 month parking fees of $63.00, $100 deposit and administration fees. Maybe this amount wasn’t expensive at all if compare to other parking fees at Kuala Lumpur. But when compare to the place doens’t need parking fees at all…Its danm expensive lah..

I’m stay at Seri Kembangan, I have to pay for toll fees everyday..Now including parking fees some more..Haven’t calculate thos petrol fees, already ’spend’ 10% of my salary monthly. Why we need to pay so much wan?

Wahsey! The auditor until now haven’t appear yet! What she doing? I’m lazy to call her up..Been called for few times on last week..Why got such slow auditor wan?

But what to do? This is the ‘authorized’ auditor that will helps us apply the SME loan. Who is co-operate with the agent to achieve our good audit account to show the bank..no choice..still have to wait for her.

Today the auditor will come to my boss for auditing the report. Remember what I said about the editing the account? Finally I have done it. and Just call them up for audit on last week.

I think today I will be plenty busy..because I haven’t get ready some of the document yet..The auditor sure will request all the ‘rubbish’..yeap..I claimed it’s a rubbish..something occupied your place for at least 7 years but cannot throw away..because have to stand by for government check up. (If bad luck)

I have some idea how to do my account now, but still abit confusing..here some tips :-

1) Increase Sales Valumn (at least up to RM1M)
~ shouldn’t be problem increase sale but how about the invoice? where to find. where to get? no a small amount.

2) Increase Closing Stock Value (at least RM70K)
~ Can do..but worry about next year stock transaction..how to continue without disturbing actually quantity?

3) Increase Fixed Assets (to get more Capital Allowance)
~ Will trade in director car or computer or others thing..just make sure able to provide sales invoice and is purchase within the audit year.

4) Get more expenses in Director Remuneration
~ I’m trying not to do this..coz it might incur director tax charges

Haii…Will continues to work out the better solution…

No time to add more listing on ebay…really no time to do tat..not even have a relax tea time …

Received th SME loan advicer call today..he request us to adjusting the account to suit bank requirement..well..I understand wat should I do..but donno how to make those transaction work logic…

Now my table look like rubbish table..full of paper..invoice..still working on 7pm now..Just trying to figure out some idea the following step..
Hopefully all will done before Christmas, and I able to enjoy my holiday..

I’m busy with company works this few weeks, all about the SME Loan..very headache!

Our company (I’m not the boss, I’m working in accounting Department) going to apply SME loan from bank..but the problem is our company audit report seem not very nice..and hard to get the loan.

We have go thru some agent, and they advice us to do some adjustment on the coming audit account..and now I’m doing all those don-no-how-to-do works!

No idea how to make a beautiful but logic account..OMG..my head going to crack..
