He Looks Different Now
Max is my ex-colleague. I known him for 10 years already, that time he stills a fat person who love to eat and never care about her fat body. I met him again last week, he is very different now. He told me he is working hard to gain muscle now. He started to lose weight few months ago and now is the time to gain muscle. He already read many muscle milk reviews and finally decided to builds the muscles. He looks quite nice already now. Anyway, wish him all the best lah.
