Stay If Possible
I still have to settle some registration documents in this company before I dare to submit my resignation letter. In fact, I am trying to adjust myself to accept the real of working life. I do not want to resign if I could accept the fact, I hate to find new job and start everything in a new company again. I think I am too lazy to work in a new environment and meet new people. Especially in a big environment. My character does not allow me to work happily in such environment.

This type of condition arises all the time when you r switching to new company. So you have to adjust yourself according to the company. Do it as soon as possible.
