Can I Walk 10 Hours Without Feeling Tire?
I could not remember how many type of diet pills I tried before. I was working hard to lose weight since I was 16. I am not trying to have a sexy body shape or very slim body. What I want is just a healthy body. I do not want to tire like no tomorrow when I am hiking. I wish I could walk 10 hours without feeling tire, hehe…is it possible? :p

I use to be a huge user of diet pills as well and know where you are coming from. After years of diets, diet pills and fades I have come to the realization that the only way to have a healthy body is to eat healthy. Dieting does not work. Eat a proper balanced diet daily, get at least 8 hours of sleep, exercise everyday - even if it is just a walk around the block - do something. I find usually the more I do the better I feel and then more energy I have. So perhaps work your way up to a 10 hour walk little by little.
