		<description>I use to be a huge user of diet  pills as well and know where you are coming from.  After years of diets, diet pills and fades I have come to the realization that the only way to have a healthy body is to eat healthy.  Dieting does not work.  Eat a proper balanced diet daily, get at least 8 hours of sleep, exercise everyday - even if it is just a walk around the block - do something.  I find usually the more I do the better I feel and then more energy I have.  So perhaps work your way up to a 10 hour walk little by little.</description>
