Finally I decided to buy the exabytes hosting package. Eric is using the hosting package currently, according to him they provides quite good customer services (which I concern about) and so far haven’t experience any downtime yet.

I have tried to contact their customer service and ask for some silly question. They replied is consider very good and even let me have their 10% discount which only valid to second account holder.

So, I think I do not need to think which hosting company to select anymore. I would go for Exabytes . Wish my luck that I would never meet the company worst than the Eternal Solutions.
