I have tried many kind lose weight program but I could say that 99% of it did not work on me. I wonder is my problem or the lose weight program was not as effective as their mention about. I think probably is because my own problem, I am too greedy to eat more and always lost control on diet.

I wonder the lap-band system that I read from the lap band Houston website could help me solve my greed to eat problem or not. Maybe I would have big appetite become no good after placed the silicone bad around the stomach, so that it could stop me to consume over calorie. Hmm..Wondering now…
