I have tried many kind lose weight program but I could say that 99% of it did not work on me. I wonder is my problem or the lose weight program was not as effective as their mention about. I think probably is because my own problem, I am too greedy to eat more and always lost control on diet.

I never understand how my best friend could love her doggy so much. I knew her since she was 13 years old, we are very good friends since school time. I still do not know what to buy to my father on coming CNY festival. Normally, I would buy bird nest to my mother and essence of chicken to my father, but I wonder should I change to other more meaningful gifts or not. My husband and I went to shop for CNY clothing and other necessary this morning. I buy nothing due exhaust to take care of SQ & Kiki. I do not even have time to sit down and have a look on the clothing. My husband is the one back with much stuff. Last two days, I was joking with my husband when he told me he has no money to spend on coming Chinese New Year. I told him to sell his gold chain, which given by his mother as our wedding gifts.

I am not really joking actually; I will sell it if I could. Only if I dare to listen my mother in law mumble. We have two quite heavy gold chain given by her actually, I am not sure what is the weight but it cost about RM1,500.00 10 years ago.
