Don’t Wait For Customer To Call

Stupid Citibank does not contact me regarding my application at all! I have been wait for almost 3 weeks, I am trying to be a patient customer. I am very disappointed with their customer services now. They are trying to let the customer forget about request or trying to delay the processing?

I called them today and the answer from them was the application of refund of excess credit card is not approved due to their don’t know what policy. KNN! Please call and inform customer no matter the application is approved or not! They are very unprofessional because of wait for customer to called and find the answer by ourself! I am consider to switch my Credit card company due to this kind of CS. Yeap..I have applied the HSBC Credit Card and will start to spend with HSBC CC rather than Citibank CC from now on!
