Received Call From PBB
I have emailed to PBB and complaint about their card center customer services after I go thru so many disappointed conversation with them through telephone. I am told them how disappointed am I with all the different answer I received from their Customer Services and doubt about their company system which looks like all staff working with individual without a proper network system.
Kind of surprise when I received their call when I am on the way back home. They appology for the mistake and try to gave me a bright answer (which also different from the answer I got from CS). They even told me have double, triple..I don’t mind how they confirm but it just not the answer I want. *sign* The outcome still is don’t know where is my pin number gone and don’t know when will I get the pin number.
