Email From Al Rahji
Here is the email I get from Al Rahji Bank. What should I do know? I totally don’t know I should ask or question whom already. I have email and call Bank and Paypal thousand time, but still get no answer for my withdrawn! How should I do now?
With regards to your email regarding to the fund transfer from Paypal on 16 October 2007, we have escalated your complaint to the card operation department however they have confirmed that up to todate, they have yet to received the credit voucher issued by Paypal. Thus we have escalated your inquiry/ complain to the acquirer bank which is HSBC Bank in United Kingdom. Attach is the reply from the acquirer bank. We hope to get your kind understanding to give us more turn around time while the acquirer bank investigate with Paypal.
We are doing our level best to ensure customers’ total satisfaction.
