Disappointed Public Bank Services
The more I dealing with bank the more I am hate it! I called up the Public Bank Card Services again to ask for my Debit card pin number status. I almost want to shout to them when I heard their answer. That is the worst bank system that I ever experienced! They Bank seem like all working in individual system and never connect each others.
I hate to talk with them anymore. I will cancel the card once I transfer out all the fund from the debit card account. I extremely disappointed with their system and services.

my experience with the banking systems is that the services are directly in accordance to the amount they charge for the service. Period.
