Another Not Accurate Information Provided By Bank CS
I like to do experiment on transfer fund from Paypal account to my credit card or debit card account.
(The fact is I am trying to get the better exchange rate for the money)
Last two week, I called Citibank Loan official and inform them that I have an oversea bank account that will able to make payment to the visa credit card account, and asked them what could I do if I am over pay. According to them, I could apply for manual transfer of the excess payment which is after deducted the unbill transaction to my home loan account. I am very happy to heard that because that is the method I wanted badly.
But, it doesn’t work! After I transferred few patch of payment and have few thousand excess payment in the credit card account, called them up for the manual transfer. They told me cannot do that! KNN! I thought foreign Bank will provided accurate and right information for customer but how come they are same as the local bank that gave me different answer for the same question?!
