Reply From SSN Issue
Received the reply from Blogitive staff regarding the email I sent for the SSN Tax Issue. Now no need to worry about the payment since they have replied me the email. I think they should received many email from curious person like me. :p
Thank you for contacting us about the recent changes to the payment information requirements. Don’t worry — you don’t have to miraculously become a U.S. citizen in order to receive payments from Blogitive. :) As stated in our internal blog, we’re working on altering the form to accept a variety of addresses and stop requiring a SSN for non-U.S. citizens. For obvious reasons (being a US company and all), it was important for us to start gathering this information from U.S. bloggers first, so we pushed the form live as soon as it could do that. When changes are completed and everyone can update their information, we’ll let you know via blog post. Thanks for your patience, and happy blogging!
