No Media File Should Store In Server

I just heard from my friend, her hosting account was suspended due to the hosting company found a media file in her server. She told me that she don’t even know there was a media file store in her server. I think she won’t store media file in the server too, because if she want to then won’t be only ONE media file their found. Right?

Anyway, I think suspended a customer account without a warning email or contact is such a rude action. Being a consumer we pay for their services, they shouldn’t simply suspend our account without inform us the problem.

I’m sure this will be a big lost for who are doing paid post or online business.

    I agree. That is pretty rude. How can a hosting company do that without even a warning?
