Recently I facing a problem when uploading image file to my hosting. I can’t access to particulars folder that specially created to store image file. Been trying many time in different PC but can’t find the solution. Finally, I can’t stand for anymore and submitted a ticket to my hosting company. They teach me few step to solved the problem. Oh My! really few step will do!

All FTP activity shall be using ACTIVE MODE connection.

I’m using fireftp. And here is the step to select your ACTIVE MODE.

1. Select a new account or edit an existing one by going to the “Manage Accounts” menu.
2. In the Account Manager, select the “Connection” tab.
3. Uncheck the “Passive Mode” option.
