I think this 360 degree feedback will be very useful in helping employee to improve their performance. Sometimes we cannot get the accurate feedback from only one person, more feedback from different people mean more you understand about your conditions. We need this to remind and improve ourselves. You might not believe when only one people tell you that you have a terrible workmanship, but what if 10 people also commented the same. I am sure you will know what is the problem and hopefully that you can improve yourself from there. Therefore, 360 degree feedback is the best solution for you.
