What So Call Advanced Internet Company
I has requested for upgrading my internet connection package from limited usage to unlimited internet access on 5th June. And have patiently wait for the 7 to 10 days waiting period for the upgrading process. However, today, after the 14 working days of my application. They should have not yet complete the progress.
And I have make more than 10 call to TM and Streamyx. And I have to explain and tell them the same story for 10 times! Still the upgrading have not yet done. And have no reason given neither. The most I got is “Application is in progress”
I am very unhappy with their stupid answer already! I didn’t complaint about their services, Actually they services are not bad, talk gentle and nice and trying their ‘BEST’ to help me solve the problem. However, the problem is I can’t get my solution?!! They can’t provide me the actual information! They customer services networks seem doesn’t work at all!! No connecting with each others, no updating for the same case.
They even told me don’t know what was the SMS sent by them??!! Given them reference number also can’t find the case! WTF! What kind of advanced technology company our country have??
