My First Mortgage Experience
I bought my first house at 5 years ago. I am very happy to be a house owner until I got the high interest rate mortgage. Stupid I do not know that there are many different type of mortgage available and most of them are offering low interest rate. I have pay too much of interest without realized previously.
Luckily, one of the friends pointed out my mortgages problem and advice me to apply remortgages that offering lower interest rate. I am get my remortgages done at 2 years ago, included the mortgage protection insurance. And now I can say I finally get the peace of mind without worrying too much of the high interest rate and who going to pay for it if anything happen to me.
