I Regret To Purchased Apartment
For who are, staying at low cost apartment or high-rise apartment should understand what kind of problem these apartments would bring to you. I am staying at high-rise apartment, and I do not like their ‘public’ facilities like lift, swimming, sauna or others that services entire apartment residents. I have no idea this is due to their pool management services; or our apartment residents are not corporate enough; or no responsibility to keep the environment clean and nice. The worst is I not able to sell the apartment due to the bad environment! Oh my! Why don’t I consider about this before? Else, I’m surely will purchase the luxury condominiums like Phoenix Condos which located at the fastest growing city, and can take it as investment for vacation rental if we don’t want to stay there.
