Yesterday night, I am cannot access to my host again! I have signed up this hosting package few months ago, and this was the forth time I cannot access to my own blog and website. I am very unhappy because I have lost the change to write paid post due to unable to log in to my own blog! I been email the customer services right after I found the problem, however, they only reply me and fix the problem on this morning. Why don’t they take this as serious case and solve the problem immediately? Don’t they know that this will not only lose their faith of client? I am thinking of moving to others server soon.

While I search for new hosting online, I found a new company named Host Arcadia offering quite a cheap hosting package. The most important is they have the services I needed. I have read all their mission statement, as what they stated their goal is to provide client the best service with friendly and helpful manner. Since they are hosting their own website at the same server as well, I believe that they will maintain their hosting with highest standard. What client need, what client want, and what client can’t live without is what I want from a hosting company! I am so glad to find one offering this to me. I hope that I made the right decision on this time.
