Searching For Second Home Mortgage
Choosing a right mortgage for my second house are not easy actually. I have to go through many surver, comparison of home mortgage and get many documents ready for submission. I was chosed the wrong mortgage plan for my first home and ended with refinanced it for lower interest rate. So I’m not going to repeat the same thing for my second home.
I have checked the necessary information on mortgages and secured loans on the website, perhaps they can help me know more about the different of the loan. And I also use their mortgage calculator to estimating the repayment amount. I’m trying to get the lowest repayment amount, so that it won’t over my repayment limit.
