I just join TMnet member get member program. Of cause I’m not trying to make profit or introduce it to earn money. I just want to save some money on register a new streamyx line on my mother house.

I registered a new user under the my hubby account, with every successful registration the introducer will get at least RM15.00 rebate reward incentive. And the new member will get rebate as well, which is between RM5.00 - RM30.00 (depends on what package is registered)

So being a stingy intellegent user, I sure will register under the member get member program since hubby already have an streamyx account. But….All are within my expectation. The registration are not easy (Actually is damn easy but have been confused by those so call Streamyx and TMpoint technical support or customer services!)

Yesterday I was ran here and there but get nothing. Tried to register at office at yesterday morning but not successfully due to :

The system encoutered some date integrity errors. Please contact administraction .bla bla bla…..

Make a call to streamyx, they said system error will request technician to check and request me to do the member get member registration directly at TMpoint. OK..I called up TMpoint and ask for the document needed for member get member registration, CS said just need a AUTHORIZES LETTER from the telephone owner showing that I’m the one allow to apply streamyx line under this fixed..Ok..no problem..I type the letter and bring it to the nearest (not really near) to Q-up and wait for 30 mins. This time below was what I get from a ‘lovely’ customer services:

Sorry, member get member registration can’t apply at TMpoint, It only able to apply online!
