I hate to dealing with company that doesn’t have good help desk services. I hate to get nothing when I need helps and call the company but nobody pick up the call. And when I make a complaint online but no reply at all.

Some of the ridiculers reply I received after few complaint through their help desk was they have too many of email to handle and they are facing problem with their help desk system! Oh my. I think those company may have to consider a real good help desk software to help them manage the email and support. So that won’t disappoint their ‘value’ customer.
