PPP : Should Choose A Better Insurance Agent
I wonder do you research car insurance before buying it? Previously I’m didn’t. I always believe in my friend who is an insurance agent. And she has no further explanation given to me too. Maybe she thought that I won’t blame on her if anything happen and make me can’t claims the insurance? Or she never treat me like a customer?
But after I have a car accident 2 years ago. I was learn to compare car insurance and check all the detail status in the insurance policy. Because the processing of claim have took me more then 1 month. And I have no transportation within that month! The car was ‘queue’ in the workshop and waiting for approval from Insurance Company. I was having big problem in that kind of situation. Because I’m used to travel lots for my company jobs.
I’m very disappointed with the services provided by the agent, and I have change car and home insurance after the accident. I need someone who really can advice and guide me to the insurance that is suitable for me. Or at least quote me multiple insurance plan to let me decide myself which to choose.
