Is the parcel reached to the recipient's door? I was quite unlucky when I called up to the POS customer service helpline (and it doesn't help!) and that guy just can't provide me a clear answer on how to send a parcel to overseas! He even said I have to prepare my own invoice to state the value and the weight of the parcel but never touch on CN22! And I asked him is it a door to door delivery and he just can't answer to my question ( I wonder he understands what is door to door)... I gave up and stop the calling anymore.
