I have a very bad experience on credit cards few years ago. I had been using that credit card more then 5 years. And I’m used to stick to old card without making any credit card comparison. Because I believe that bank will provide customer a very good service since they company are huge and look professional.

But not until I’m use their 0% balance transfer. They been calling me few times regarding the services and since I have another credit card that still have some outstanding amount that may not able to pay off in short terms. So I decided to take their balance transfer which the so call ‘customer services’ explains to me, no cost is incur and no interest will be charges on the first 3 months. But that wasn’t what I get after completed the application.

First of all, they charges me $100 for the processing fees and 2nd, they actually didn’t tell me will be some penalty charges if I select the payment within 3 months time. Already called them many times for this case… But have no response at all. It make me can’t stand for their terrible sales after services anymore and cut off all the banking or credit cards services with them. There so many rewards credit cards available at better offer. Why should I still using the credit card’s company which hacing poor customer services?
