		<description>Thought I would add an update to your post on Atlanta. The city is still growing, even though the economy and mortgage lenders have tightened things up a bit. High end Lake Lanier property is still doing well and it's completely understandable if you are familiar with the beauty of this Lake. Yes, we've has some lake level issues, but with almost 800 miles of lakeshore, there's still a lot left of Lake Lanier to enjoy. I've lived up at the lake for the last few years and I can't imagine ever leaving. Thanks for touting this area on your Blog!</description>
