Gotto File a Borang Pertanyaan Surat Berdaftar
Received a buyer sms on today early morning..At 5am! (Wonder why they no need to sleep one?)
Is regarding the shipment I sent through registered mail on 15.01.2007. She said haven’t receive the item yet. I tried to help her track the item online. But just can’t get any info about it. The website show of tracking number doesn’t exist! On my! What happen?
Call their Hotline 1300-300-300 and request me to call Tawau Branch directly. Ok ..no problem I call them up..but found that the item never arrive to Taway Post Office.Sowhere is the item gone? Called KL Post office again..ask the regarding the shipment to Tawau then got an answer of… The flight carried the post item was having don’t know what problem and cause some of the item missing or stuck in KL..They can’t send out the item now and need us to file a Borang Pertanyaan Surat Berdaftar. Like that also can??
Why don’t they check the item before sender file a form? Nobody will check the sending status mean no need to bear the responsible of the item loss?Terrible services. But what to do? Tomorrow I’m going to post office to fill up the form. I hope the buyer will understand this. I already email her regarding this issue and ask her to contact post office directly if she need more info. But I wonder will she believe me or not.
Lucky I did wrote in my listing that Seller will not responsible for item lost / damages during shipping process
