Neutral Feedback I Received
I trying my best to keep my feedback all in positive..that’s y I do my best to serves the buyer. But sometimes won’t get the rite response. Today I wanna blog about this feedback which make me still very care..haii
I remembered that I received the payment on the next day afternoon. I have email the buyer inform her that I’ll post the item on the next morning. The buyer selected post via registered mail which is RM3.00 cheaper then the Poslaju fees.
I posted the item on next working day and informed the buyer regarding the tracking number & etc imediately.
Since the item was post via registered mail, the arrival time will take up to 3 - 10 working days, It exactly same as ordinary post..just add on registered which is trackable only. And there was a public holiday after I posted the item.
But I received a neutral feedback complaint me for slow delivery. But actually she received the item within 4 workings day! Frankly speaking, I very unhappy with the feedback altho Its just a neutral feedback..maybe I take those feedback too seriously..It will impact my future business!
The worst is I sold the item without making any profit! Oh My god..how stupid I am? I shouldn’t testing bid with low price..I know I’m wrong..a Lesson learned!
